Witbier
Double IPA
9%-44 IBU – Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial hops make a balanced, bold, bouquet of tangerine, grapefruit, and Juicy Fruit bubblegum. Judicious use of amber and vienna malt provide the perfect foundation for the hops and the crisp West Coast ale yeast belies the high gravity and ties the melange together
IPA
6.5% abv – 40 IBU – A blend of Centennial, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. As these hops are known for their high aromatic qualities which contribute to the beer’s bitter taste and aroma. In this IPA, the hop blend is giving a fruity taste with a focus on melon from the mixture of Centennial and Amarillo, and citrus is the second most noticeable taste which is from the Simcoe. This flavor profile is from the combination of the specific hops varieties used in the recipe. The bitterness level in this IPA is slightly lower than what is typical for the style.
